Hello, I'm Victor!

I was born and raised in Alameda, California to immigrant parents from Vietnam of Chinese descent. 🇨🇳🇻🇳

I am currently a first-gen 3rd year university student at UC San Diego majoring in Data Science and minoring in Cognitive Science. 🔱

For the summer of 2022 and the 2022-2023 school year, I am a peer mentor for SRA, Students Rising Above, SOAR program. This program offers college assistance to new incoming college students from all over America through interview preparation, resume critiques, and community building. 📝

Throughout the last year, I have been an active member in UC San Diego's Data Science Student Society, DS3, as a part of the projects committee. In the projects committee, I was a project member for the initial quarter of the 2021-2022 school year and was a project lead for the remaining 2 quarters of the year. 👨‍💻
